Founded in 2011, MSS Plus is a unique Canadian corporation  helping individual and organizations to develop their full potential in matter of leadership, training and research in education and Well being.

After 40 years in K-12 education, Michel is kick starting a new professional journey mostly in a  way to help and support  "System Leaders".  His experience in education and  fitness combine with his identity as 2+LGBTQ and Indigenous are some assets  which make him a "complete" package in matter of his capacity to listen, support and demonstrate compassion.  He's known for his ability to  push boundaries in a way to serve communities and organization to get better and better while building in house capacity.  Having work in Quebec, Ontario and British-Colombia and being a member of national organizations he's have a large circle of influent people which could be very useful to open some doors and being a realiable source of informations and data.
